Mrs. Rivas possesses over thirteen years of experience as certified clinical social worker that is bicultural and bilingual. She has served many different people, such as LGBTQ+, those dealing problems with addiction as well as survivors of sexual assault and intimate relationship violence. Since the beginning of 2019 she has been working with Mrs. Rivas is serving Erie's clients. Presently offering Telehealth Behavioral health services. Mrs. Rivas belongs to the Behavioral health Perinatal team that works with pregnancies women and postpartum mothers. She is certified in adult EMDR and trauma-informed. She can provide individual or group therapy as well as a medication assisted treatment program. Referrals for special care are also available. Amanda is a tireless advocate for finding permanent shelters for pets in need as volunteer with the Best Friends Animal Society Volunteer.
