Alison Wonderland is an Australian DJ and electronic music singer. Alexandra Margo Sholler was born in Australia. Tolman received praise for her portrayal of Minnesota the policeman Molly Solverson. Vanity Fair said the character of Tolman, "calmly" and "assuredly", stole the show. Critics' Choice Television Award, Best Supporting Actress (Movie/Miniseries) as well as Golden Globe awards were presented for Tolman's role. In the in the same year, it was also that it was announced Tolman would have a two-episode appearance on the Mindy Project playing Abby Berman, a romance novelist.
